Thank you for shopping with Olyss Skin, operated by Startgate Labs Inc. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from olyss-skin.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

Processing time may be extended during:

  • peak seasons,

  • product launches,

  • major promotions or sales.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on destination. Estimated delivery times:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.

Shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Promotional free shipping offers may apply when available.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for:

  • orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error,

  • delays caused by incomplete shipping details.

If an incorrect address was entered, contact us immediately at support@olyss-skin.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we will update it.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to additional fees, including:

  • customs duties,

  • import taxes,

  • brokerage fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs inspections.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during transit, we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.

Stolen Packages

If tracking shows the package as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  • verify with neighbors or building staff,

  • check around your property,

  • contact the carrier directly.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

Severe Delays

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@olyss-skin.com and we will help investigate.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.


9. Pre-Orders

If a product is listed as a pre-order, shipping timelines will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together unless otherwise specified.
